Schmaltz, Tomato, & Onion Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • Onion rolls (one per sandwich)
  • 1/2 sliced vine-ripened tomato
  • 1/3 sliced small yellow onion
  • Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Prep time: 5 minutes
Servings: One sandwich per person

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Cut an onion roll in half and spread both sides with schmaltz.

STEP 2

Add slices of tomato and onion, sprinkle liberally with sea salt and fresh-cracked pepper.

STEP 3

Put top of bread on sandwich, and eat.
