Amazing stuff! I’ve cooked everything with this tallow since I bought it and I’m obsessed, it adds a hint of almost Smokey flavor to anything I cook my favorite so far was scrambled eggs. I’ll definitely be back to buy more and try the other fats that fatworks offers!

I made a pie crust first and found the leaf lard very easy to mix with the flour. The mixture was better about not sticking to the mat I was for rolling out the crust. And my friends noticed right away that it was not a store bought pie crust.
My second use of the leaf lard was with pictured rhubarb cookies. Again it mixes easily with the flour and I tell my friends these are health foods:)

I love bison tallow because it really helps meat to brown nicely. It works as well as coconut oil but has a better flavor to use with beer.
