Goose Fat is milder than Duck Fat but carries a distinct flavor profile that will up the quality of any of your dishes. Like duck fat you can confit, saute, bake, roast, baste, pan fry, deep fry, stew, etc. Raised outdoors in South Datoka and free to roam. These are happy geese and it shows in the flavor.
